Safety instructions:
- We generally recommend that our accessory products are fitted and converted by a workshop. The following installation instructions are no substitute for experience and specialist knowledge. Please ensure that your motorcycle is stable before starting work on your vehicle. This product may only be used for the motorcycle type mentioned and listed on the usage list. Do not attempt to fit this product to a motorcycle of a different make, model or year. Always use the manufacturer's torque specifications.
- Protect your motorcycle in the work area. Cover the tank, frame, fairing and other sensitive parts with suitable materials. We recommend using a work platform and an adjustable jack to support the motorcycle on the engine/frame.
- Check all parts before, during and after each assembly stage. Clean and degrease all surfaces of the parts before assembly. Take care during the assembly process so that the motorcycle is not damaged or scratched. Work in a relaxed and concentrated manner. Use a threadlocker, e.g. LOCTITE, for bolts under load.
- Check and make sure that the part is not in contact with other parts of the motorcycle. All moving parts must be able to move freely.
